Poly-Crystalline Diamonds (PCD) & Poly-Crystalline cubic
Boron Nitrides (PcBN) are produced by using ultra - high pressure &
temperature equipmets. These equipments are used for sintering synthetic
diamonds and cubic boron nitride particles and thus causing particle to
particle bonding. The advanced technology of Indus Global allows the production
of high quality PCD & PcBN. The blanks are available in both self-supported
and Tungsten Carbide (TC) supported versions to suit individual requirements.

Grain Sizes :
Available in 5 mic., 25 mic., & 50 mic.
Grain sizes for fine to coarse finishing.
Sizes :
Available in diameters of 1 mm up to a maximum
of 16 mm and heights of 1 mm to 10 mm depending pon the shape and grain
size.
